I am a designer and strategist in Bengaluru. I have worked for more than three decades across banking, retail, consumer products, big-data start-ups, education, digital identity and national public systems.

I was Infosys’s first designer. In 1997 I designed India’s first internet banking application, and in 2001 I founded the Infosys UX practice. At EkStep Foundation I led Digital Labs, which did the design and field research for the platform that became DIKSHA. Since July 2024 I have been Principal Advisor (Design) at UIDAI, where I work on the new Aadhaar app. I directed the redesign of uidai.gov.in.

I founded SAX, Strategic Advisory for Experience, in 2018. Through SAX I advise enterprises and public institutions on how people, AI agents and institutions work together. I build what I propose: the instruments on the Work page run in a browser, and I built them through AI coding agents.

Sridhar Dhulipala designs how people, AI agents and institutions work together. He was Infosys’s first designer and designed India’s first internet banking application in 1997. He led Digital Labs at EkStep Foundation, whose platform became DIKSHA, now used by more than 200 million learners. As Principal Advisor (Design) at UIDAI he works on the new Aadhaar app, downloaded 69.7 million times between June 2025 and October 2026. He wrote The New Enterprise manifesto, founded SAX in Bengaluru, and is visiting faculty at the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad.
